I would rather have a support-dedicated item that can do something like that in League

Making it desireable on melee carries like Yi/Yas/Shyvana etc would be fucking stupid in League and make them wayyyyyy too strong

It would have to be an AP item. some kind of stat distribution like Zeke's to where you only really want to build it on a support

If it provides a lot of tank stats or AD or anything, I would build it on Shyvana and fucking murder everyone, so that can't happen etc

I think I kind of like the idea of reducing damage from basic attacks/modifiers by a percentage rather than shutting out autoattacks entirely. That, and it would leave ability damage from those targets still at 100%. Kind of like an exhaust designed to deal with autoattackers, so it has a niche rather than being mandatory every game like Locket.

So she has this for whenever her ult is up and has to hit people within 5 seconds? She'll ult, dive, stun and then has like 2 seconds to auto unless she is stunned. It's not that hard to lock her down when she gets in on a fight since she has no escape.

I listened to the recent Balance Team podcast and it seems like they at least have a direction in mind for the game. I'd personally like to see them make bots that emulate player gameplay, and then see them balance the game really well based on bot play.

Removing SoloQ was a bad move though, and they hard committed to that even after they realized their mistake

at maximum level, Leona needs to land four incandescence in order to at least even out her old kit's damage. It also exceeds it by 30; she can pop another incandescence to trump it by 80. her passive is where she's gonna be wonky IMHO and if enough people complain she may finally get some form of sunlight stacking in the coming months, which is actually kind of a big deal for her damage output.

damage lategame with sunlights, leona only needs to proc two incandescence sunlights to outdamage her old passive. Easier said than done since I don't think she'll be able to expend all her incandescence sunlights "properly" if she has a strict 5 second window instead of said 5 second window being refreshed upon expending a stack of that stuff.

at level 6, her old magic damage with full sunlight (ignoring autos despite the Q) was 610. Her new magic damage at six with full sunlight (again ignoring phys damage) would be 645; all you need to outdamage old sunlight possibility is to proc five sunlights.

The only issue again is that it's super easy for leona to overwrite sunlights now apparently, and that incandescence could be hard to actually use come lategame without sinking gold into a dumb item like triforce. I'd really love if her incandescence behaved like lux ult, some dude mentioned that to me and I loved the idea immediately but neither of us got influence on riot I think so eh.

Why do supports get mad when you don't give them assists?

I was playing ADC and I got fed to the point where I can solo 2-3 enemies. Support got mad that I was engaging without them and getting double kills without giving them assists.

"I died getting you a double kill in the first 5 minutes of the game. The least you can do is give me assits"

why does it matter that the support continues to get assists if I'm demolishing the enemy team? No enemies means we win. It wouldn't even matter if I'm the only one getting kills and no one is getting assists. If the enemy is dead we can push and secure objectives.
