So I just went through my first blind run of Sharin no Kuni, got the Harem ending and the surprise heroine's ending from splitting at the very least choice. Aside from H-scenes, is it worthwhile to go through with the other endings?

There's almost no difference in events with the other endings. Every now and then the heroine will pop up to say 'btw were still dating lol' but then you do the exact same things anyway.

You're stupid. A majority of their profits are made not from core VN titles, but from meme shit like Nekopara and Sakura games. The majority of the people who purchase those don't give a shit about visual novels and don't follow SP at all, they likely aren't even aware of who SP are. Ignoring SP will allow things to continue as they are. The steady build up of hate over SP in recent memory (most notably the past year or so) has led them to at least acknowledge that they have a significant PR issue (though since Dovac is a child he doesn't respond to this well). At the very least, it might incentivize them to change if enough hate is mongered. But that's fairly idealistic. Still, since they want to continue to sell games like Baldr that appeal to the core VN fanbase and not the memebase, then they will have to consider the former audience, especially since the later isn't going to drop 40$+ on titles.

Having finished Eustia, the kanji count is kind of manipulative, there's just a ton of one-off hard words that never pop up again. So, even if you only know 2000 kanji, the 500 rare ones wont be a big deal I think. It'll just be like looking up an unknown word, only it's an unknown kanji.
