The guild could have lived and probably done 25 man hard modes honestly. The main problem was Cobe and Senna having conflicting opinons on whether to do this or that hard mode. Pretty much every time Cobe would say something like "we're doing IC HM/medium" or "We're doing Freya HM" Senna would pipe in and say no. Cobe should have just kept himself as the 25 man RL because raids were a LOT more smooth with him but I can understand why he wanted to let Senna get some experience doing it.

Absolutely not. We were bleeding members pretty hard just a week before ulduar released, and in the next four weeks we lost a lot of geared/skilled players. The people we have had in the last month or two are just incapable of actually doing mechanics. I don't think the differing opinions mattered when it was clear we weren't even close to being able to do hardmodes.
Cobe was the more experienced raid leader, but he let Senna take the reins to get experience since we all knew this guild was going down the shitter sooner or later. Now Senna has a better understanding of leading and is using that on whatever he's playing on, I would hope.

I don't think we could've ever done IC HM, probably not medium (shit [geared] tanks desu). Freya, Vezax, Mimirom never ever. Thorim and Hodir were possible, XT probably too.

I don't even know what to do anymore. Rift became even more repetitive than WoW without any of the charm and I haven't even seen anything else come close to the same quality of the world building in wow that encouraged exploration rather than throwing invisible barriers everywhere. Yeah, we lost way too many of the actually good members during Naxx because of burnout to ever do any hard modes. If the guild was on GD we probably would have done Algalon 25 because of how easy it is to get everything you need to jump right into raiding and how much faster you get geared.

He took TOD's raid time because for over a month You couldn't get 25 voluntary people to come to raid. Discord every raid night is literally him and Cobe yelling for people to log on for over an hour. Cata at least had people who tried to make the crappy raid times and confirmed that they'd be there if it was a good time like Saturday night

No. Cobe was a fucking amazing GM and raid leader. Admittedly for the health of the guild he probably should have kept leading the raids but that's beside the point. Too few people wanted to take personal responsibility and just threw blame around. There were tons of people that just didn't log on for weeks at a time despite being on discord playing a different game during raid times and would randomly log on for a raid and had to be taken because someone else decided to not log on.

That isn't the fault of Cobe or Senna.

There were very few people in <You> good enough to do 25 man hard modes. In fact, there's very few people in this general as a whole good enough to do 25 man hard modes. It took <wpsg> almost half a year to finally do anything in Ulduar and they are the ONLY guild to every do anything noteworthy. 10 mans are a joke in wrath. Especially on post nerf servers like GD. At least even post nerf 25 mans are still pretty difficult.

Simply looking at cooldowns available tells the story where pals and warrs have to rely on externals only dk can survive just fine with trinket + vamp blood.
