A,X,X has super armor and is what you should use when people are around you. For Adept don't be afraid to let go as soon as you start blue charging. You'll do a smaller uppercut that doesn't leave the ground, but it still does very good damage and KO.

The only skill I really find myself needing these days is evade and maybe something sharpness related depending on the weapon type. Bushido style means I can use pretty much whatever the fuck I want on any weapon in that style. I also have my eye on this set for striker sns playing since it boosts hunter art gain

The Mizu armor also comes with a skill called Last Resort (or at least in high rank) which gives you a raw damage boost when you have a status effect on

with the quagmire skill, they give you attack up large, evasion+1, and evade extender. if you get hit, just roll 3 times and you get them back. you are basically never without bubbles, especially if you're playing adept. or gunning in any style.
