I have most things set for like the Waniko Hiden and onwards, which is after Mission IV - and they're about to start Mission III this weekend, unless they fartass around some more. No, this isn't really meant to bash her, but in an earlier fight she managed to successfully goad an enemy into making mistakes, by playing onto what she knew of them. The jutsu is effectively something that allows the user to do the same, without needing to know much about the enemy, alongside other potential uses.

Rock Lee should have remained faster and better at taijutsu than any other character at least in Nardo's generation. It's all he concentrated on and he trained non-stop 100% of the time. He got it from the Naruto Wiki. It says he's a Jounin as of the Boruto Movie, but I don't believe it's ever stated that he IS one in either the Gaiden or the movie. It's possible it was mentioned in a Databook or something, but I think it's just assumed he's a Jounin, since leaving him a Chuunin would be a massive waste.
