Widow and Reaper are traditional antagonists. The Cobra equivalent is Talon, the company they work for. Reaper's just a merc, though, because he has to be Maximum Chaotic Evil.
Junkrat and Roadhog are more like the mini-bosses that end up being party members. They're hard to take seriously and could probably be convinced to do anything if there's enough money or valuables in it for them. Symmetra works for an evil company, but isn't necessarily evil herself.

Cobra is Talon but not every bad guy or good guy is Overwatch or Talon.

Hanzo is morally ambiguous and Symmetra works for an evil corporation. They're semi-villainous but will become full fledged good guys eventually. Doomfist is a villain, he struck a deal with Talon that he would join if they got his gauntlet back or something to that effect but it's in datamined voicelines. Sombra is also implied to have worked with Reaper at least in one of these unused voicelines.

He's an assassin for hire, if I remember correctly, also he's done shady shit in the past for his family that are the yakuza. Genji is an example, he wanted nothing to do with the yakuza business, so Hanzo was ordered to kill him. Have any of you guys had the issue where the queue keeps dropping when you're waiting for a match? It's been happening a lot to me since the update. I'll get like 30 seconds into queue and then it'll drop, so I'll have to select my gamemode again and restart.

I got placed in 57 and understandably dropped to 38 I'd like to know any online resource to help improve myself. I feel distrust for any run of the mill YouTube videos because I feel the game is still relatively new. I rotate between the simpler heroes. I don't really call out bad team as I'm the consistent variable in my games, personally feel bleak when the defence team has 2 Torbs and a rat.

Well I don't about him but I do at least. I just sway my mouse side to side spastically, this makes you hit anyone in a near 360 degree radius. If you angle your melee at an upward angle it'll hit jumping targets too. Combine these and no amount of dodging will help them. I can shoot them down to critical health but I don't think I've ever finished off a D.va without melee.

No, as someone who likes playing Zarya, it's bullshit. Her charge decreases over time which is supposed to make her damage decrease as well. Zarya is ment to have to manage charge and make those decisions of do I use the shield to try and get more damage, or save it for a possible team fight about to go down. It's a bug pure and simple and should be fixed as soon as possible.
