Hell, Both Pete and Todd have said that originally Far Harbor was going to be the last DLC.

We got 3 more DLC then was originally planned.

Far Harbor has more content then Point Lookout, The Pitt, and Operation Anchorage combined.

And Nuka World is the same price/size as Dawnguard or Dragonborn, which were each the size of slightly over 2 of Fallout 3/Nv's DLC(except PL or OWB)

Far Harbor and Nuka World alone would give us more total DLC content then we got for Fo3 or NV.

Combine the three Wasteland Workshop DLCs, and automatron.... and we have far exceeded what we got for DLC for Fo3, Nv, or skyrim

And? DLC is supposed to expand on the base game, and it did, by proving us far more detail on the CoA, and escaped synths.

Just like the Pitt expanded upon the slaver operations we see in the Capital Wasteland region by showing us their home base and what they are up too.

And how Operation Achorage expanded upon the outcasts by letting us get involved with their operations.

AND how Broken Steel expanded upon both the Lyons BoS and the Enclave.

Not to mention how New Vegas's DLC were all intertwined to shit from the vanilla game like Elijah, the Burned Man, Ulysses and all that jazz.

Broken Steel was a fucking pointless MQ "addition" that was more more then a KILL THE ENCLAVE FOR A SECOND TIME! shoot fest, that utterly invalided the entire ending of Fallout 3.

Dead Money was a fucking poorly made "we want to be a survival horror!" DLC with some of the most mono personality characters OBsidan has ever made, whose entire personalty amounted to nothing more then CANT LET GO!

OWB was 8 fetech quests with bare minimum dialogue, 90% of which was shoehorned into a poorly made 35 minute long introductory dialog dump.

Point Lookout was Far Harbor without the Plot, and the Pitt was Far Harbor without the exploration, if you combined them you may have gotten soemthing better then Far Harbor, but alone they are just equal to it, if that.

Here's something interesting.

I discovered Cambridge Crater and it was full of Ghouls, all walking around. We fought and I died.

I reloaded in an interior cell. This time when I came out, there was a radstorm. Because I've tweaked radstorms to be very dangerous, I loaded up on drugs before going back to the crater.

This time, all but 2 or 3 of the Ghouls were already dead. But why?

I'm teaching myself to mod while waiting for DLC to drop. I'm making a basic junk fortification with a connected interior, going to place it in the NW corner of the map as a starter dungeon. No quests involved, just clear the hostiles and take their shit.
