They are honestly not that huge on Leona in particular and I don't know who in the hell thinks it's op for leona in particular to possibly get more xp than before at the same potential pace as every other bruiser. Yeah she's straight buffed even as far as damage goes so long as she has her ult available; incandescence should draw attention to her as well, making her stronger as an attention/damage soak.

At level 6 her damage output potential without sunlight is buffed by 10 assuming she can make use of all those little incandescences; with passive IIRC she gets even heftier but I didn't save the math I really should have.

so it turns out that dealing infinite damage to jungle monsters (that do not try to kite you) is pretty useful

it's pretty cool to be 3 lvls ahead of the enemy jungler because you simply clear 5 times as fast as he does
