/hotbar copy FSH 3 current 9
/hotbar display 9

Simply change FSH to whatever you're going to be using for sacrificial hotbar space. Replace 3 with the specific hotbar (I used 3, 4, 5 and 6). Replace 9 with whatever hotbar you want to host the UI.

Note that all hotbars used must NOT be shared between classes.

There are sufficient hotbars available for you to even configure crazy shit with arrows allowing you to scroll through, say, a 50 minion long list of options. It depends how much space you are willing to sacrifice. FSH is just the obvious choice because it barely has enough actions available to fill 1 hotbar.

He's just using Fisher to map the bars for all the classes. That way only fisher uses up the 4 bars he needs to make the macro. Every other class uses the bars made on fisher.

The macro ONLY uses the bars on FSH. The macro is then usable on any job, regardless of what bars you have on those jobs. He just used FSH to make the macro. If you still don't get it I give up.

You then put your mounts, minions, gearsets, etc on bars 7/8/9 for FSH.

The macro then swaps out the FSH on other jobs to display the 'pop out' bars.
