Dungeons at endgame are much more complex than anything you'll experience all the way up to 65, but to an extent if you get to 20 and try out killing BAMs (big ass monsters, originally designed for groups - the first ones you run into are basilisks in oblivion woods) and dungeons and you don't see any change in how you feel about the game then stop early because it's probably not for you. It could also be that the class you picked isn't a good fit for you, but you should still be able to tell if you feel like that's the case or if you just find the gameplay lacking.

kind of like hating a big business CEO because he's rich and doesn't always make the most humanist of decisions, but at the end of the day he's doing what's best for the company, he cares about the economy enough to buy out whole sections of the market to reprice them if it drops too low, which as much as it seems like he's doing that for his own profit (which is he, don't get that wrong), he's also doing the community a favor by making sure that item stays profitable for everybody.
