You can level exclusively on dungeons by soloing, but it gets really stupid as you get closer to the next avatar weapon tier and RNG says fuck your drop rate on the shards.

Pretty much, it is either this or bns for a f2p busty female char, to level fast you just need a buddyup code before you hit level 10 and grind dungeons for a couple of hours to reach max level, I don't know about the teahcing part since the game is sort of dead right now, CH runs easy content so you can get the middle tier gear fast, but MT definitely runs more of the harder stuff

Founders is only worth it if you plan to level 8+ characters and I think it is somewhat hard to find a good deal for it, of course buying an account from another player is illegal and in my opinion not worth at all, if you are going to spend real money on the game the best gear is not hard to buy but it will cost you, middle tear gear is decent and can get you a long way when it comes to most of the content.

Outfits on the other hand are decently cheap, there is a huge amount of them for female classes except femani and you can easily make a slutty character, leveling takes a couple of days if you are lazy and the middle tier gear is easy to get and not that hard to upgrade.

If by premium you mean elite it is definitely worth it, but get the 15 dollar one instead of the 20 dollar voucher they sell at the store. For costumes I like getting gold in game and buying the best ones directly from another player instead of using the store and buying rng boxes, but if you are willing to spend big bucks it might be better to buy the lootboxes, gear can only be purchased in game and the buddyup code is something you can get in this thread but you have to use it before reaching level 9 or 10, it gives you rewards while leveling and xp boosts.

Like if the axe says it can block up to 1000 damage.
If I block a 1500 damage hit, do I ignore 1000 and only take 500 damage?
Is the block amount per hit, or does it have a cooldown?
So I can take an infinite number of 900 damage attacks in rapid succession even if i'm holding block, but a single 1001 damage hit will break it? Or if I take multiple weak attacks in a short period of time that counts for more than 1000 damage and breaks it?

When Tera first came out it ran so well. I kept telling people how well optimized it was for the graphics it had. Playing games like Aion and Rift in the years before could be laggy and the graphics weren't nearly as nice. Tried out Tera in beta and the graphics auto-detected to 6 and 60+ fps so I was super happy. Now the dream is dead.
