The issue I've had is that they can return fire while you can't do shit because there's 2 Zaryas/a Rein so who the fuck are you supposed to shoot at? More than half the team is being shielded constantly, and nothing in the game bypasses it. Even Reinhardt's shield doesn't block everything. The only nerf I would apply is making Winston's gun do damage but still give charge and maybe melee works the same way too. This means if Winston fails to kill her or push her back the Zarya player stills gets charge for their troubles. As someone who is willing to play any character in order to win, I'm getting quite sick and tired of playing a healer and getting left to die as everyone else goes in one by one. I can't tell you how many times I've started off healing, gotten about 3/4 through the game where the Genjis, Tracers, Pharahs etc, have just abandoned me every life. After that, I will switch off and decide to have fun for the last 2 minutes as the games lost anyways.

Skill ratings are in the thousands rounded down. Based on how blizzard increases/decreases the amount of MMR you gain/lose when you play against a higher average MMR team or against a lower average MMR team, you get around 300 points per win which fluctuates wildly based on the MMR difference.

So think of it like this:

If you're 51 'skill rating,' you're 51,000 MMR.

This allows them to give you whateverhundred points for a win against an enemy team based on their mmr difference down to the single point factors.

So if you're going to refer to your skill rating, an accurate way to refer to it is 51k. Kind of like how dotards call their mmrs 2k, 3k, and so on. Blizzard's ranked MMR is just another digit more precise and doesn't just hand out a flat +25 or -25. Ironically, valve is probably going to copy this since it's a vastly superior system of rating your MMR rather than giving you a flat rate for wins/losses. Dota 2's ranked is total shit but big surprise there, right?
