it took me 3 years to reach level 65.

It took me 1 and a half years to go from 63 to 65(to be fair i quit december 2014 and just came back).

But being warrior is suffering, i'm doing the big rocks from island of dawn and it takes me so long to kill them, like it actually took me 20 minutes to kill one, meanwhile mystics and brawlers around just hit and dance doing like 12312412312=312 damage.

A brawler can solo every dungeon to 60 no problem. Itll be fast but its still 12-16 hours to 65 at best depending how efficient you are.

Grab the scroll if you cant be fucked but i would probably just level. Use the scroll for classes that are just bad or slow at leveling like warrior, lancer ir any of the healers.

Some people run the crystals you get from the free 65 Crystal Box, but I personally go Cunning, Glistening, Swift and Carving with 4 Swift Vyrsks.
Personal preference, I guess? I haven't had much issue healing with mine and have enough MP sustain to keep healing even without an Infused.

Swifts or Succoring? I guess the Cunning crystal is the oddest one out of the four, could probably swap that out for a Brilliant, but if you're running a Carving anyway, wouldn't you benefit more from a Glistening?
Bear in mind I haven't changed my crystals from before the most recent Mystic patch (Crit was probably better when Favor was still regenerative) so I might be wrong on some points but so far it's worked out decently for me. also kinda blindly copied it from the top Mystic on CH but it's CH so that's not saying much and idk if I was copying when he was on a DPS build for Vaults or something

Sup guys. I'm playing for a while and now i have some chars 65 - ninja, warrior, reaper, slayer and zerker. I found ninja is very agil and firstly i thought it's mine, but it became terribly boring to play using 4 skills and be on top. Then i made slayer and zerker (don't like this class) but there was no mobile and fucking animation lock. And when i farm IoD BAMs i want to cry because my skills hardlyever hit the BAMs back. I use backstab - bam turns to me. Evasive - bam turns again. So if i kill BAM with ninja for 20 seconds, slayer need almost 1 minute for kill. And i remembered about warrior. It was 90% ninja except damage even when i use slaying crystal, lol. As you can see all classes i chose have gap closer and backstab. But i decided to make reaper. It took not so much time and now i see slightly higher damage + bit lower agil. And cute animation ofc. Now i have no clue which class will be better to choose as main. I like slayer's big sword, ninja's damage and mobility, warriors mobility and reaper's appearance and skills animation. Another side is pvp (i know there is no pvp it's a game about elins). I was in fwc 10+ times and even made some kills by ninja, but thats all.
So can you give me some advice?

New player here discovering things while leveling. I've noticed that just following the main quests and doing the dungeons when the main quests told you to levels your character quite quickly, I am doing it right just doing that or I'm missing something? I usually wait for max level on MMOs to do crafting but I'm not sure after playing GW2 where it get's pretty hard (or at least it was for me) to get the mats when I was already max level since it was supposed to be done while leveling up.

I should start looking into that or can I just keep going my way to max level without worrying about stuff?

Here are the reward tables for the new solo dungeons.

When you get an A or S victory, that's 220+ medals for one run. Four runs per day per character. 880 tokens a day. Tokens cannot be shared among characters; they're like vanguards or goldfinger tokens.

It would take you 22 days for niveots, 10 days for a ring, 9 days for a single piece of slaughter, 1 day for a crafting item worth 14 gold, 5 days for tunnal wood/vernal sap worth 2 gold, and 5 days for colluva ingot worth 150 gold.

Personally from your descriptions I think you'd enjoy playing reaper more in the long run. They use a bit more skills than Ninja does, and their rotation can actually be a bit complex to perform while they have shadow reaping or whatever active.
Ninja is top DPS right now, but they are a bit too easy and boring. However, they're great for killing fast and powerful in PvP, which is why I think you'd want reaper more than the others, they're great in PvP with a bunch of staggers to piss off enemies, and in PvE they have a load of survival combined with their ability to easily just teleport through a boss right to its backside.
Of course warriors have backstab to do the same thing, and warriors are pretty agile and if you master them you can just 100-0 someone in PvP, 1v1.

But overall, I recommend reaper.

What's wrong? It's the truth. I invited two of my friends to play this game and neither of them have even left Velika yet. We're all level 62 gunners now and whenever any of them try to leave the city I just tell them that it's a bad idea because there's nothing out there worth exploring and we sit on Velik's steps and queue. It's the best way to experience TERA, through the instanced dungeons. Since we can from blade n soul, we're used to sitting in a lobby while we wait for a queue to finish, so this is really quite perfect. Only downside is one of my friends really wants to fly on a mount to Crescentia to do the story quests, but I told him a long time ago that the XP isn't worth it and the overworld is honestly quite ugly anyway so there's no point. He seemed a bit let down but he got over it when he saw how pretty Saleron's Sky Garden was as we rushed through it for the fifth time.

So i've been leveling my brawler and its fucking awesome, why did i throw away so many hours on my stupid warrior, i didn't think the difference was to big, warrior takes forever to do anything, Brawlers just do it, i never thought the DPS difference was this big holy shit.

I wish brawlers had come out when i started playing 3 years ago so i picked it instead of picking warrior, i swear my brawler level 20 can clear monsters faster than my warrior 65 on the same area.

Did they nerf the leveling mobs suited from 60 to 65? I remember struggling with a few on my berserker, but my ninja feels op. I just run around the camp and pull everything I can, then kill them in a few seconds. Literally the only thing stopping me from pulling an entire zone to grind on is the enemy rubber banding AI.

So I tried this game out in like 2014 and it was fun but I didn't have the time to keep playing.

Just updated and booted the game back up today and apparently I made it to level 16 as an elin mystic.

I have absolutely no clue what I'm doing.

The area I spawned in some random people immediately came up and started trying to help me out and calling me a cutie (because elins, I guess), and basically I got dragged around and cluelessly leveled up and completed some quests without really understanding much.

I have an inventory full and overflowing with items that I don't know if they are worth keeping or selling, and I barely remember how to emote.

Is my best bet to just log in and ignore everyone and learn wtf I'm doing at my own pace like it seems how I need to?
