Reaper, play him with the team instead of just roaming and hoping to get q of the game, he's a tank busters for a reason.

Zenyatta can force a reaction shield out of her with discord since it returns it to him, she has now wasted her best survival tool othrr than hiding, reapply orb after two seconds and shred like any other tank.

Roadhog using m2 to get a reaction shield then hooking and blasting her to death can kill her, or pull her into his team and focus her down.

Bastion setting up in ambush spots can literally spray her and her shield down before she can do much with the charge she gets. Main thing to do is open up once she is far enough from cover, then move to new positions.

Mei can also block her off from her team and force a reaction shield by freezing her, most Zaryas will use it to get out of the freeze effect. Then team can focus her down.

Pharah is not an ideal match up but a good one can separate her from her team with concussion blast, and direct hits will shred her once she's burned shield.

Zarya's number one counter is team work, the thing this game is based around, it's why so many people have trouble with her. They think they should be able to 1v1 her as her counter, problem is if she is away from her team then it's a shit Zarya and not a problem to begin with.

Which is the problem, in solo queue you'll never get that properly against Zarya, ever. A good Zarya, a mediocre mercy and offense will usually always fuck up a solo queue. No one knows how to counter Zarya, and therefore the it takes teamwork compared to any other tank where you can easily 1v1 as a few classes it makes her especially dangerous when playong solo queue.

I'm 47 right now, keep almost hitting 48 and then getting a couple of retard teams.

I got fucked during ranking (by getting Volskaya 5 times, winning by stopwatch every time, and then getting stuck on offense in sudden death) and ended up at 42 and have been climbing my way up over the last few days.

Doesn't count, Reaper would be nice but considering going back to the point that Zarya should never be alone in the first place there's never a situation you should be able to 1v1 her, so it only makes it worse in quickplay because of that. You focus on Zarya, Zarya doesn't die, her teammates will shred you because you're focusing on Zarya, you focus on Zarya's teammate and Zarya fucks you up because some idiot on your team is shooting her shields, there's no coordination and taking a Zarya down by yourself 1 on 1 is a bitch, but considering Zarya is never really ever in a spot to take on alone, it only makes it worse. How does a salt powered robot that eats through a 2000 HP shield not count as a counter? Also if she's playing with her team why aren't you trying to then? You keep switching from being able to 1v1 her in a vacuum, to going against her and her team. For both if you or some one baits out the shield, Reaper can and will shred her, just like he does for any other tank. If you die in the process you have still taken out one of the, if not the, biggest threat.

I play everything solo and still don't bail out of games mid-match.

I'm not him, but I have a situation that is unique, as I play on console. Most people either don't have mics, or they do have mics and sit in party chat so they can talk to their friends that are playing a different game. As good as party chat is, it really killed communication in Console video games(Except foe when the entire team is in the party). I can't ask the 3 Hanzos to please play tanks or attack classes simply because they cannot hear me, and the time it would take to send them messages would be long enough to get me booted.

In short, I wish I had a PC that could handle the vidya, but I'm poor
