Mate, having aoe attack ratio doesn't give ranged weapons an actual aoe hit area. I'm talking about the sub weapon attack having a REEEELLY small aoe hitbox but it only seems to happen once in a while, or the aoe hitbox is REEEEELLLY small that the mobs practically have to be sitting ontop of each other.

Yea probably but I only tested with manamana and the aoe seems to be extremely small, mobs have to be sitting ontop of each other to hit 2 with 1 shot.

Still doesn't explain how I do the same damage with manamana sub weapon attack as my main hand crossbow despite having over 200+ atk on the main hand over secondary. This is on low level mobs in east siauliai woods. I hit for 900 crit on both main hand auto attack and sub weapon attack with manamana. What's up with that? I haven't tried it on mobs my level, I just got it.

Personally: Never split stats and never go DEX on a Paladin.

Paladin has a full STR build and a full SPR build. Full STR abuses Conversion for good farming. SPR abuses the fact that fucking EVERYTHING scales with SPR.

You don't really get anything out of going full CON or full INT. Definitely grab a decent amount of CON, but don't go overboard. The opportunity cost is too high.

Either go Diev2, Oracle, or Monk for R7. Diev2 and Monk for more attack skills, Oracle because you can use it to get super beefy monsters to use Conversion on and that can get really OP especially for farming really fast.

Either go Oracle or Pardoner for R7. I guess you can go PD but don't do that, only do that if this is some weird PvP build. Oracle is for the aforementioned monster conversion shenanigans -- if you get Oracle, grab at least 5 in Conversion. Pardoner is a bit weird, but basically it just lets you have another "usage" of each skill at a lower level thanks to Simony. It can be very useful to have 2 Barriers or a backup Zalciai in case your first one misses or just another use of Turn Undead. Also Increase Magic Defense will make your party basically fucking IMMUNE to magic damage with Barrier up.

Also you can sell the scrolls and that's kind of cool.

Anyways you kind of can't fuck up with Paladin as long as you pick the right stat, so there are loads of variations, these are just the ones I think stand out.

Snipe is an AoE skill so it can be blocked by large targets or players with more AoE defense than your intended target. It also has a delay and can miss.
Headshot is point and click, then celebrate.

No it doesn't, because the 400% modifier and any % modifier on a skill is added at the END of the calculation, which include the skill damage, physical attack and elemental attack. Unlike a multi-hit where it doesn't take skill damage into account.

If you're having trouble with the Drake room, here's what we do:
The carry (most likely you) must go to a device ASAP, and set up Barrier there, to start aggroing the mobs.
No need to leave multiple members at the crystal for defense, we usually just leave one for emergencies.
If you hang around the crystal for too long and don't aggro the mobs at the device, both sides will bumrush the crystal like mad, and you're doomed.
We failed a run once that way, so good luck to you guys!

I know how the damage formula works. I'm saying my main hand of 500ish atk is doing the same amount of damage as my OFF HAND of 280ish atk. I know the manamana's lightning element adds to the main hand, but why is it doing the exact same damage when I auto attack with main hand as well as use my sub weapon attack? The main hand auto attack should be doing 220 more damage over the sub weapon attack. This again is of course on low level mobs. I actually haven't tested it on mobs my level.

I have concluded sub weapon attack with manamana uses your MAIN WEAPON'S physical damage stat. It even has damage variance which the manamana does NOT have and it's not the innate missile attack phy def reduction. After 5 hits (max of -50% phy def for missile hits) there is still damage variance which the manamana should not have.

Also manamana's aoe is a straight line, so you can hit multiple mobs in a straight line BUT you must target and shoot at the mob in the back. If you target the one infront it'll only hit that one.
