The point of "buff all the other ADCs" is that (in the opionion of those saying it), all the other ADCs are weak, so nerfing lucian just means all ADCs are equally weak. Buffing everyone else would have essentially the same net effect on bot lane, but ADCs as a role would be stronger.

I've been playing since season 1-2.

Season 5-6 are the best ones so far.
Map overhaul, all new champions are absolutely amazing from a gameplay and design point of view, balance is a lot better than in the past.
The only thing i am unhappy about is the fact there's still those 10 champions absolutely no one plays and those 10 champions everyone plays.
Except from that, me and my friends are having a lot more fun now than in the past.

And yeah, you'll get rekt in your first few games if you're against smurfs and people with 5 times as many games as you, which is likely.

Practice a bit, find a fun champion and get them. OTPing till you can lane effectively with at least that one champion is a good idea before you start branching out.

you rarely want to tumble straight up forward rather than sideways, i see vaynes overextend constantly in fights
vayne's level 1 is actually pretty decent and you want to harass with it as much as you can so your 2-5 is a bit more bearable
the lv6 all in is strong but don't go insane either or you will just get baited into an exhaust and die, low rank tumble has a pretty long CD
you can surprise people with condemn by flashing mid cast to change the angle
when all-inning at 6 don't ult Q instantly, get close, ult then use the tumble to juke back whatever they throw back, very important against cait/ez that you juke their Q/E or you'll lose it
later in fights you're usually better off waiting for people to come to you since vayne has global taunt and people WILL dive you no matter what you do, so no point putting yourself in risk
