Somebody teach me how to do naval/airdrop invasions, I really don't want to stop at Russia and the Allies are wrecking the Axis(I'm not at war with Allies).

I don't really know how to use the entire arrow stuff, I just create front lines and micro-manage everything.

The way i imagine it is that these colors, the border of the region, is dynamical and can be observed on a regional level like in this map

So, earlier, I had the idea of adding a few Nestorian holy sites in southern India in CK2+ (because St Thomas), then playing a custom Nestorian character and seeing what I could do.

Unfortunately, in my test games, one of two things generally happened:

1. As a vassal, my liege lord would demand my titles (even if they liked me with my chancellor doing his thing)
2. As the independent count of Maldives, I was bored shitless for centuries, unable to make a move.

So, this time, I'm considering doing something I rarely consider in CK2: starting as a custom Nestorian Indian duke or king.

But which one should I pick?

Exploration and Expansion ideas are obvious, but the only other good ones seem to be the ones on the administrative side, which makes the game hard with all the cores you must do and the cost more administrative power. If you are playing as a colonizer it is absolutely so, while coring itself is not for colonizers only. Being a warmonger in Europe for example would probably mean you are getting military ideas which makes coring not a big deal. But if you are a colonizer the other two types of ruler points are practically useless compered to administrative points, which you need more than air.
