what classes/specs do we want?

I've done many duels with my autistic rogue friend who did the whole 5sec gouge into restealth/garrote during dances etc. But I still managed to win a lot of duels. But only with full wrathfull/1340 resil and the tank trinket. Without the tank trinket was a 100% loss I would die 4seconds before fear would come up giving the win to me.
Most of their damage comes from shadowdance so you really need to be on the ball with dispersing that.
Careful for the shadowstep kicks and keep up renew if you can since when they play the reset game you atleast have that ticking during saps.

Getting this weird issue on gamer district where I'm running 60fps and then suddenly it caps itself at 30fps. Only way to fix it besides restarting its to tweak a random graphics option to bring it back to 60 fps, even if I tweak the option upwards.

Because there's an extreme lack of skill and caring in the guild. A lot of people are in blues and some early purples, don't know how to play or don't understand ulduar. This grinds down veterans until they stop showing up or quit.

Cobe + Senna can usually rally/chew people enough to get through raids but with both of them losing the will to play with shitters + Cobe having responsibilities with his family + Senna being too sick to effectively raid lead it just wasn't happening.

Those of us that know the fights are burdened extensively by having to sit through that fucking shit every week. Senna most of all. That's why people don't show up. They're not interested in teaching people Ulduar. Neither am I, and I doubt I'm the only one in our raid who's done all this before or knows fights.

What I am interested in is showing people Ulduar. People fuck up and wipes happen, even in the best guild in the world. That's fine. Ulduar is some of the best content Blizzard has ever put out across their entire product line, easily one of my top 5 favorite raids. Should hell freeze over and that situation became regularly necessary, the raid should be postponed for an hour so you have time to prepare which also doesn't waste anyone else's time. Even though you were there to help, we literally explain each fight every week with the exception of 1 or 2 that we can carry people through that don't know them. Having a couple people that don't know fights doesn't justify wasting 15+ other peoples' time. In the event you (hypothetically of course) weren't willing to watch a couple videos then the raid should be called.
