How can HiRez throw a Joust tournament?
Like seriously, it's one of the memest modes in the game, it's all about late game, early game is a shit. You could be up by 25 kills but if you die once you get penalized for being a higher level than your opponent who will just take out your tower/bull king/phoenix in the respawn time. I play joust alot, first ranked mode I got into as well, and it should just be called Hunters and a Tank. Hunters completely run that game, the short range makes their AAs impossible to counter, and their dashes can basically jump half the map.
I honestly think if I join a random team I can make it pretty far into this tourney, and I don't even take Smite seriously.

Europoor here. A year ago I was getting an average of 55 ping, now its between 70 and 80 and never drops lower. Every other game I get stuck in the Victory/Defeat screen and every fifth game ends with being booted to the main menu.

Been like this since open beta. Stopped playing for half a year and I come back to the exact same shit and now they also promote a terrible joust tournament, instead of promoting cc, which represents the main god damn game mode.

Then again, they always promoted every other game mode to new players, except for conquest. The tutorial still starts in the joust map and the tutorial line thing does not include conquest, just joust and arena. Then the followup quests also focus on those shit game modes.

Also for what fucking reason did they add Clash? "It's a gateway to conquest", I thought Siege was supposed to be that.
