Paladins character are designed to be a lot more "impactful" than Smite tbqh. I mean, take Androxus last patch. Great damage, mobility, the ability to reflect, etc.

Its better this way, in smite characters started off with pretty basic kits and then got progressively more and more bloated until we finally got shit like Raijin.

It went from, "X does damage in a big circle."
"Y does damage is a big circle plus it does Z."

If all the kits start "bloated" then they're not bloated, they're normal.

Because Skadi's only negative is the fact she has no hard escape/mobility. Since most SPL games didn't end soon enough or late enough for that thing of hers to not be an issue (slower rotations, for example), it was a safer to pick less impactful, weaker yet 'faster' hunters.

If you've ever played League, she's the Kog'maw/Vayne - She dominates the lane and snowballs from there but is limited in helping other lanes if they're losing.

I've never played LoL and only watched a very small amount of it but I understand the concept from DoTA where you can draft toward early team pushes and end the game fast.
The thing is I don't think Skadi can get enough of an advantage before falling of over hot picks, just like Chaac. The otehr reason she is considered "bad" is that not only she don't have hard escapes but also has no CC immunity in her kit, that make her very vulnerable to ganks and I think it's something that would counter her ability to pressure in lane if the enemy draft high mobility/early game jungler, like Thor.

I've only really played arena and joust so far, how is conquest? Is it super hard to come back from a lost lane? I honestly just haven't tried it out yet because I don't know sort of role I feel most comfortable in.

Decoy at lvl1, stealth at lvl 2, Decoy and 3, hold level for ult and Decoy at 5, Decoy at 6, the buff at 7, decoy at 8. Then it's all stealth and ult from then on out, leveling the buff last.

Loki doesn't fight. If you don't kill in one hit, just leave. Attack people you know you can kill in one hit. If you git gud then you can activate the buff after you ult and before the stun wears off, this catches them off guard easier.

I rented Chronos to try him out, he's fun as fuck but goddamn I have trouble killing people, an enemy Janus gave me a hard as fuck time because he could take half of my hp with that falling portal bullshit. Is attack chronos a thing or do I just git gud at damaging with 1? Overall he doesn't feel like he does a lot of damage. To be fair though I didn't use his 2 to stop the wheel at the right time so it might be that.

you can single handedly win the game as Chronos at full build, using his steroid on the auto';s buff plus poly plus obisian shard takes 50% of a phoenix/tower health.

It also of course works against players, just stuns them with your super wide 3, land your 1 on the stunned gods and rekt them with autos at the end.

easy shit, if you can combo your 3 then auto then your 1 then another auto you can get 2 poly hits in quick succession if you manage it properly.

I realize I'm 20 years late, but let's hold on a moment here.

Global Agenda had the best balance I've ever seen in any game, regardless of genre. That was one of it's crowning features, and why people loved it so much.

Reasons GA failed:

>massive crashing and driver compatibility issues on release that weren't fixed for a year
>they finally fixed everything but didn't get much press on the re-release
>once the population was finally starting to tick up they abandoned it for Tribes: Ascend

Some of the systems were a bit wonky, and so was the questing / leveling, but the gameplay was absolutely flawless at max level.

Still the most fun I've ever had in an online video-game.

Which is why I'm confused as to how they're messing Paladins about so much, when they've already basically made the same game but better.

Before the start of the match I place a ward inbetween the enemy blue and the opening to the side lane so I don't have to worry about doing it after the match starts and the enemy is defending or pushing. I even always VG "I will ward right/left." when I'm doing this so there's no mistake as to where I'm going.

My team with no escapes literally rushed to the red camp, saw that the entire enemy team was there, and instead of waiting for me to head over they all fought and died 20 seconds before the game even started.

It takes a grand total of 5 extra seconds for me to walk past our blue a bit, drop a ward, and head over to the red camp. I do this every single joust unless we're only taking the blue

It helps immensely in the beginning, if the enemy is taking their blue it lets us know exactly when they're heading our way so we can safely leave the red and get into the lane. It lets some of the less intelligent squishies I get matched with know that the enemy assassin is sitting right outside of the lane waiting to gank.
