How the fuck does one make Webms with as good of quality as the ones I see posted here fit under 3 MB?

Making super high quality webms is easy. Fitting them in the ridiculous size limit imposed by 4chan is something I haven't figured out yet. This is like 500 bitrate, 11 FPS. I know this is terrible, but it's the only way I could fit it under 3 MB. What am I doing wrong? Do these people just turn their bitrate down to like 200 in order to preserve FPS?

I never understand how to get this as a support.
If I spend 90%+ of the game on fire as Mercy, my healing is probably going to be huge, so every game where I've got like 1 death and always on fire I end up with huge healing and get the card for healing.
Is the only way to be pumping out huge healing all game, but still get outhealed by someone so they get the most healing card and you don't?
I saw a fucking soldier get it for literally only 50% of the match on fire.

No squeakers but i did run into a kid that most likely browsed 4chan. He played zenyatta and rambled all game between unnecessary callouts. The only time he stopped was when i had to turn my mic on to yell at our hanzo to shoot the clearly visible bastion on his screen. I pretty much raped the whole team from objective a all the way to the escort point and the only time i died was going for a barrage in the spawn, expecting hanzo to not be blind and actually shoot the other bastion that was legit right in his line of sight.

There is nothing in this scenario which can't be countered with Reinhardt keeping his shield up with Lucio, Soldier 76 and McCree standing behind it.

Even if you add Mercy and Torbjorn on the enemy team, add a sniper (either Hanzo or Widow would work) and a ganker (either Reaper or Tracer) to the mix and you're fine. Hell, you could replace that sniper or the McCree with Mei.

The issue with the set up you give is the Zaryas providing shields to two high damage, splash damage characters and getting massive charge off of that and doing a lot of damage of their own. This is countered by having Reinhardt use his fuckmassive shield to protect his allies while enemy barriers go down way faster than his, then them fucking up everyone.
