Not in quantities that matter at low level. Copper, Lead, Oil, and Fertilizer, you'll be lucky to find enough to make 3-5 batches of x10 before you're level 20. And then you won't have much of those materials for actual settlement building.

I'm gonna be reworking the way deathclaw spawns, loot, etc work, and add new species. The way the deathclaw meshes work actually make them hugely flexible. They're essentially one model, sculpted slightly differently. Lazy on Bethesda's part? Definitely. But it makes it easier to mod. I can give an alpha deathclaw albino deathclaw textures and boom, flawless albino alpha deathclaw. Or is it alpha albino deathclaw?

So for mythics I'd probably just recolor the shell to start with, horns might go for later. I'll be adding savages with unbroken horns, and babies though.

Hmmm, Fallout 1 is pretty easy to get into in my opinion. I downloaded a small little mod thingy that was fairly straight foward but I don't remember what its called. Google will help.

Fallout 2 is a little bit tougher because the beginning (first 20-30 minutes) are cancer. You start with a spear and a knife which get like a 20% hit chance. You get a gun decently early though and once you do the game becomes a lot more enjoyable.

I still can't get into Tactics and 1/2 are my favorites.

Like the other said, Very high Agility if you're using guns. I take the perk that gives 1+ to every special and get 10 Agility. More agility = More attacks per turn

I played them both for the first time maybe a year and a half ago and I absolutely love them. I'd play 1 then 2.

The main problem is Fallout Character Overhaul because it fixes it when I turn it off, but does anyone know why it may be doing this?

Not particularly The radium rifle is nice due to having fixed rad damage on top of regular ass bullet damage. Which plays nicely with automatic fire but isn't especially useful for sniping. Get the guaranteed explosive legendary radium rifle and get every perk that affects radiation damage, explosive damage and automatic weapon damage and you've got a weapon that will delete pretty much anything it's pointed at.
