I asked in the other thread but didn't get an answer. I seem to have a TinyFormat in my "System titles" section of the Data Management. It's the only title I've seen that's got the icon greyed out and it's got an X on the icon as well, but it still shows up as taking up 6 or 7 blocks. The thing is that I never used TinyFormat for the SysNAND I'm on(Which I restored from my old EmuNAND so I could keep my original SysNAND games and downloads that also wasn't TinyFormatted) so I'm at a loss as to why it's even on the thing at all as it shouldn't even be there.

Is there a safe way to remove this thing? I remember there was a guy two or so threads ago that had the same problem but he only found an icon-less title that had the TFMT code so I'm not sure if that's safe to delete or not.

So for whatever reason I can't get Luma to load the DLC for Taiko no Tatsujin: Dokodon! Mystery Adventure, I put the text file in locales and put in JPN JP same as I did for the other Taiko game.

I don't let anything but the sliderhax load, with or without qr code.

I've tried just about every little different thing I can think of doing, probably at 200 attempts.

It's 9.2.0-9U, I've followed several youtube guides as well to see if I was missing anything.

Some people have reported that it just doesn't work with certain wifi networks for whatever reason, so I'm going to go with that for now. Will try some others later on.

I feel like this is related, that browser's pre-5.0 and there was some changes to a bunch of stuff there. You could try using ancient Gateway-exploit-booted Decrypt9 & rxTools to install the Homebrew Launcher loader .cia and use that instead of Browserhax.

Basically follow https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/9.2.0-Update-(rxTools-2.5.2) but don't grab or unpack the 9.2 update files, don't grab sysUpdater. Instead, grab https://github.com/yellows8/hblauncher_loader/releases
Follow it to the near end, but instead of installing & running sysUpdater at the end of it, install hblauncher_loader and run that; it should work where Browserhax doesn't. Install Menuhax from there.

You shouldn't have to repeat this, and it shouldn't cause any issues with the rest of the guide. Of course, this is hoping that the GW exploit works on your system.

Not him but I missed this and it all makes sense (browser instantly crashing). Browserhax wasn't made to work on older browsers since you'd normally not have a compatible home menu to run the exploit.

This is why you don't cart update to 9.2. If it's not a cart update then it's a frankenfirm.

You could look at the browser version to make sure, 7.x.x-9.5.0-22 should have a 4096 one. You probably have some ancient shit.

I don't know exactly what's the best way to update it, maybe try following the "9.2.0 Update" part on the Plailect wiki and install a legit 9.2 over your incomplete one should work. Theoretically even overwriting your browser with the 4096 one with FBI should work, but that's trickier.

Yeah sorry, I just checked it again and it looks like that parameter actually goes unused due to what seems to be a bug. Well then, you can either avoid using that particular Browserhax by using hblauncher_loader like I detailed above or you can update from 9.2 to 9.2 (it should be safe to do that too but I figure you might as well just skip doing that since you won't be using 9.2 for much if you're going down the a9lh path).

I followed https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/9.2.0-Update-(rxTools-2.5.2) with hblauncher in place of sysupdate, was able to trigger the browserhax finally. Dumping Health&Safety keeps failing, though. I can't manage to complete step 10.

In all fairness, that particular issue is on d0k3, not Gateway. It can happen in normal use too if you've updated a few times since you got the system and/or used stuff like Download Play. The tool should really be using an actual FAT driver instead of using the silly half-brute-force it's doing now. It's really silly and I have no idea why it's there and there's no comments explaining why it's there either.

You can downgrade your browser if you get a CIA for the old one, but your system will download the newest one and start nagging you to update if you put your 3DS in sleep mode, and unfortunately the old browser is no longer on CDN so we can't make a version-spoofed CIA as easily with 3DSNUS, we'd need to unpack the CIA and do it manually (unless someone had one ready and uploaded, but no one other than poképlebs like us care about spider for cheating so one of us would have to do it).

I have no idea what that guy is on but if your region matches the game it doesn't matter, it'll update on eShop no problem. A lot of issues people run in to are either out of region updates, false update notifications (Like Project Mirai DX), or trying to use the eShop to update a game that previously used a CIA to update. If it's a vanilla, same region game then eShop works fine.
