This is the best PVE catagoon build, very high dex, some con, maybe str.

Extreme high evasion with pet (scales with your money) and guardian, taunt, decent maximum HP, okay PVE damage, SANICFAST. Very good to run dungeons, okay in missions, fast questing, excellent trash farming, able to pvp but falls in comparison to the sword 3 variant.

Of course, very weak on WB.

I'm just not sure about dragoon skills, that's why I left it in blank.

- New attribute for Barbarian (requires circle 3) - Pouncing: Knockdown (max 5 levels) - Adds 8% chance per attribute level of knocking enemies down.
- Peltasta skill 'butterfly' attack type appears to have changed?
- Added a new maid/butler outfit for cleric classes.
- All boss cards have gained equip attributes.
- Quests added to Kalejimas Visiting Room, Storage, Solitary Cells, Workshop, Investigation Room.
- Root crystals will now spawn on Barha Forest.
- Strength now increases block penetration by the same amount as spirit. Warriors receive a 20% increase in block penetration granted by strength.
- Some buffs that boost max physical attack weren't applying correctly.
- Items can now gain resistances to specific status effects (likely used on card effects).

how much block pen SPR gives?

Even going dex, swordsman can roll some 50 str and get like, 120 STR. Maybe it's enough to bypass common 200-300 block.

I hope we never get the STR changes in iToS.
There are better ways to balance Swordsman and one of them isn't making Fencer worthless.
