I've already done it, but it took a lot of patience. I'm trying to figure out a consistent strategy so I can keep doing it over and over and get more Point Blanks. My biggest issue is Ryoma, Kaze, and Saizo. I honestly don't think anyone can stand up to their high power and speed. Xander's side is more manageable since Jakob's a joke, Laslow can be dealt with just fine, and Xander is at the mercy of Velouria with her Beastbane.

Just abuse the fuck out of attack stance. For Ryoma, I attack from range with Kiragi with Shiro in attack stance and then finish him off with Shiro with Velouria in guard stance for the extra Str/Spd. Kill Kaze by attacking with Percy first (he can survive the hits because of his Def) and finish him with whoever (I usually use Selkie for a more consistent Hit rate). With Saizo out of buddies, you won't be bothered with any attack stance hits, so use whoever you have left available to take him down.

If you really want to hash it out completely, she's mostly considered bad because of her shitty STR growth relegating her to a pair-up bot if you don't get good offensive growths on her early.

Like any unit you get early enough - if she gets a few good early levels you can snowball that into being a pretty passable unit, you have to get lucky though.

Because the odds of her getting the stats she wants to remain on the front-line are pretty slim, many people choose to just forgo wasting anything on her and just leave her as a partner.
