Yo-kai Watch 2 has a training center. You can use the credits you get there to change your yo-kai stats a limited number of times.

It also has a place where you can choose yo-kai from all levels to fight against and get experience. Important place to grind and learn new strategies as they use different teams to fuck you.

The training center has several types of training methods. You got a VR machine that you can use to go against bosses you defeated before and several harder versions of those bosses.
You can also try and defeat yo-kai teams that apparently are made to emulate different type of strategies you can encounter on online battles, like inspiriting teams etc.

It is more challenging to win against teams that are carefully constructed. So yes, AI uses different strategies against you.

The sub is practically dead at this point and it isn't bad to expect quality from the dub. It's is being overseen by Level-5/Abby and they should know better than to give it this low-budget shit treatment.

They should start by hiring people that can actually work on Social Media. The official Yo-kai Watch account on twitter is still called @yokaiwatchNEWS instead of @yokaiwatchofficial to this day and that's something I won't ever understand. It's the first thing people would search for when trying to find an OFFICIAL YW account on twitter.

The twitter account also has 7.000+ followers right now and they miss on a lot of important momentum too. Most YW fans on twitter find things out by other mediums instead of the official one. They send their PR shit before the official twitter can even start planning their announcement tweets, it seems. Countless times I've seen them "announce" things hours after one of those generic "Nintendo fan-site news" post a PR post about it. It kills the hype and the official tweets get retweeted less resulting in poor word-of-mouth results and less visibility to their principal way of communicating with fans.

The official writer for the show is also kinda of an asshole right now. I've noticed his attitude towards yo-kai watch changed a lot. He was all eager at the beginning but now it seems he just doesn't care. When people ask him about it now, he just brushes it off and says he doesn't know. I don't know if something happened between him and level-5/Abby but if the anime drops in quality because of his shitty attitude, I'm gonna be fucking pissed.

I wish I could send all these complaints to them but I'm sure it won't really matter so fuck it.

My favorite part of any localized thing so far has to be the Happycane (Ukukibi) chapter in the manga. Happycane in the original pours Keita sake in celebration to their friendship. But in the translated one it becomes soda.

So Whisper instead of saying 'don't give that to a kid' he instead says 'don't drink all that soda you're going to spoil dinner'
