It must include QM MMR as a calculation or something then. By hotslog's measurement, by HL MMR was 2.4k (platinum-ish) but my QM MMR was 3.25k (top diamond/bottom masters). I ended the preseason at rank 8 (highest rank 6), and I got diamond 3 all the same.

When do you push?
I played dragon shire today, and even though we won all team fight we weren't able to push much. Camps was quite pointless, they got killed quickly.

Often they are! Push when they go take camps.
You don't really have a set time to push. You can play very slow and just let waves come to you in a safe spot in the lane. Just make sure you get the xp and try to out level the other team.
Try to poke them out of lane and keep yourself high health, let your healer roam if needed, protect them if they may be ganked.
Fuck camps, get levels. on DS, getting the dragon is not as important as denying it to opponents, just hold one shrine at least and keep soaking.

Most people just want to capture them *AFTER* the tribute fight is over, and then they'll just die in lane.

If Tychus, Anub'arak and Rehgar all show bot lane clearing waves it may be safe to grab the top fort, or if your team is 13 and they're 11, and Sylvanas is dead.

No, people aren't always able to make these calls, and it's generally best to be "safe". Ping away from that 60% health keep if the enemy team will be back up in 5 seconds, etc.

More tips:
on CH, if you can get the first 2 tributes, let them have the third while you take the boss camp. DO NOT TAKE BOSS IF YOU CURSE THEM. If they take boos while you are cursed, just defend your forts/keeps and then group to burn the boss down. Enjoy your almost no damage and their wasted curse time.
BoE: Try to get shaman camp a little before immortals spawn. If they have shamans pushing you, poke defend while one clears the camp from your lane. You can lose as much to the shamans as the immortal.

I have no idea why these people think it's good, maybe it was used in a tournament, but it never works out in any of my games. When I looked at the player data for Diablo and Zeratul, it was shocking. They both had 100% loose rate in all their quick match games. They were level 35 and 40. They had under 50% win rate in AI games.

They couldn't have been little kids, it was 2AM on the US servers. I just can't even fathom how you can be that bad after playing so many games.

Whenever Im first pick and its possible to pick either "chinkling" or "le ashanalore elf" my team usually demands one of the two, problem is I dont have them, and dislike playing them because of how OP they are.

WHEN THE FUCK IS HAMMER GETTING A REWORK

It's fucking mind-boggling how bad she is right now. I always liked her and she was always shitty, but at least she had niche and, in the right comp against the right comp, you could do some fun, if silly and easily coutnerable, things.
But now she doesn't even have that. Her damage even in siege mode is shit. Her hp is pathetic. Her non-mobility has become an insurmountable hurdle with more and more hyper mobile heroes introduced as well as heroes that utterly destroy anyone standing still.

It's been like a year since I started playing this game, and I still can't for the life of me decide on a hero to get good with. I want to get good with Zeratul but a lot of people tell me that at higher ranks he's just a worse Illidan. Should I just try to get good with Illidan instead? Can Zeratul be a carry hero? I'm interested in playing carry heroes in particular, which I know is in contrast to the game fundamentally... but you can't deny that some heroes have greater carry potential than others.

Really, I have trouble in games like this where I can't focus on one hero/class/whatever. I keep just moving around and leveling up a little bit of everyone and I'm just kinda shit at the game as a result. I'm pretty good with Chen and Li Li and have them both at level 10, but am a little burnt out by them and want to play heroes that are more challenging and I'll be noticed for playing well, as lame as that sounds.

I dunno, guys. Should I continue to try and get good with Zeratul? Will that pay off in Hero League and when I play with my casual buds in QM?

Having mediv on your team is a loss waiting to happen.

I don't get it, Especially Illidan or any other autoattack carry + Illidan is straight up broken anyways. Toss symbiote on illidan/valla nad fuck shit up. Monstrosity is a free splitpusher that is very easy to keep safe and keep map pressure up while your team groups. And he gives really easy exp soak. Abathur is really good.
