A lot of ults need a proper interruptible startup animation as well. Pharah, Reaper, S:76, Zarya and Mercy are the main offenders.

Widowmaker is still too strong, it's as if she was designed by somebody who has never played an FPS game before. She has too many escape/backup tools when she's caught out by a flanker.
