Same. I've only finished morrowind's questline, and even then I just finished that and the legion's. In skyrim I've only finished the thieves guild questline.

I think it's the combination between open world and modding that makes me do this, because I've finished other open world games just fine.

So far it looks like what the next game in the series should look like. Keep what worked in the first two games and improve on what was lacking based on the community feedback. My only complain is that they probably could've done more but if the release goes smoothly it might be my favourite game ever.
Besides, they promised that we will be able to run few mods at once. I don't know how will they do that, but if it works that means mods will fix whatever is broken.

The only problem I had with the footage was when the AI was looking up through the doorway/wall and to the enemy and tracking it down.
Combat looks great to me, siege weapons look great to me, destructable things are great, the AI is a bit improved too (notice how they pulled back into the keep at the end) and the AI has more separation within the battle instead of all units being under groupcontrol.

With a few bugfixes, bit of polishing and maybe trimming some of the feature/faction bloat (and redoing troop trees, including diplomacy/freelancer..) Warsword could be fucking excellent. These scenes are gorgeous.

Why are there close to no bandits in warsword?
I swear to got it's so boring, there are tons of nice units but I can't even level them up because there are only lords to fight, and parties like foragers can easily outrun you to the nearest lord.

1.Find a companion in a tavern (one that is okay with raiding villages if you can)
2.recruit 30 villagers from random town
3. Go north
4. find groups of sea raiders
5. fight them
6. upgrade the units that managed to survive the fight (once you get tier 2-3 units sea raiders will be easy to take on)
7. get your unit numbers to 30 again (recruit in villages, never in taverns)
8. Make sure to upgrade nothing but intelligence on your companion, also make sure that you upgrade : surgery, wound treatment, training, path finding, spotting on that companion
9. Once you get 30 tier 3+ troops just run into random sea raider groups and sell the stuff you get, once you get 10k denars set an entreprise in a town
