This game is bland. The armor pieces are trash since it just uses most from the other games. Weapons are meh since WA are shit and not used unless it can cheese you for 90% of your health. Time to put it down till the DLC comes out and hopefully it fixes PVP or makes it fun like the DLC for BB fixed PVE.

I mean yeah they're favourite armors but I wanted something new since this game is supposed to last us the next 3 years. And seeing shit from das1 and 2 feels like I already played this game. I wanted new armor not reused sets. Starter set is pretty nice but 1 armor set isnt enough. I'm fine with the weapons looking the same even though they don't but the same moveset is what sucks. It depends on the weapon though.

DaS2 claymore is definitely faster, but things like longswords and katanas are slower:

DaS2 weapon speeds were more "normalized" than in other games. So medium/slow weapons are faster than other games, but fast weapons are equal or slower.

DaS2 also has an awkward delay between R2 and R1 attacks that the other games don't have, and the overall movement speed is measurably slower.
