I've spent the entire day being reminded why public lobbies are garbage.
There isn't even a semblance of balance in the entire fucking game. Every fight is people spamming rockets or grenade launcher, or using some overly armored monstrosity, or a jet. It's rare to see a bullet, unless it's from the Heavy Sniper one shotting people with body shots. Then you respawn half a block away and immediately die again.

The pvp in the game is just such garbage, unless it's dicking around with friends.

Remember how I pondered there might be some 'success' metric that determines how well Associates are paid? It's right there on the CEO computer, number of successful jobs and success %. If you run a good company Associates are well paid and can judge that based on the bonus % they see during the job offer on their phone. Knowing J* it will cap at +100% i.e. $10k paychecks

Well, I filled a warehouse. 111 crates which sells for 2.1 million dollars and took me 5-6 hours. However, I have to factor in how much I spent in buying it which comes to about 600,000. My profit is 1.5 million dollars and every second of it was agonizing panic as I worry "Will the game disconnect me as I'm delivering it?". It's not worth it. I barely made back what I spent on the warehouse and it's not worth the effort. Screw this, I'm going back to grinding Sightseer in a private session & Pac Stan. This is no way to make money.

Assuming you get into a public session on your own, which is the only reasonable way to get this done efficiently, it will take 37 orders of three crates, at a total cost of $666,000.
Each pickup will take you about five minutes, longer if the crates are spread out and you're on your own, and filling 37 shipments, with the five-minute cooldown in between, will take you six hours, for a total profit of $1,534,000.

In six hours, you could host Pacific Standard six times and come away with $3,150,000 profit, or participate six times for $3,000,000. So just do Pac Stan three times and you've made as much profit as this smuggling shit.

Conclusion: Pacific Standard is still the #1 earner for your time in the game. You'd think that this CEO stuff would become the biggest earner to finally put heists where they belong this late in the game - as a stepping stone to real greatness.
This isn't risk vs reward - this is absurd risk vs subpar payout. I could just do Pac Stan for no risk and massive reward.

There's no way you can get all the 3 crates in every 37 order missions all by yourself. There will always appear a random mission that fucks by you placing the crates far away from your storage. You need the help of at least one person. One person so loyal to you that he doesn't mind spending 6 hours of his time so YOU can earn 3 millions.

There are several, some driving around armored vehicles and some stationary on foot.
I got my ass handed to me 2 times by those guys on foot before my group buddies got there and blew them the fuck up with a buzzard. They take almost 2 full 30 round mags to kill, and almost 10 headshots.
