Finished the Silithid Culture-Every silithid culture character is randomly assigned a caste, you have the more rare queens, collosi' and sand reavers and the more common tunnelers, wasps and scarabs.

The lesser castes have very short lifespans ( Only about 30 years. ) While the higher castes can last quite a while longer in comparison.

I have suspected that we would get an unfinished game, because the paradox streams always said "this is a fresh built" or whatever, and "so we don't know how this will be like giggle giggle". And only a month or so before release. Of course we will get an unfinished game. But they will fix the AI if it's bad, and they will keep working on all that needs working.

There's a historical route and an ahistorical route which is semi plausible.
You can make the AI heavily favour the historical route, or pick whatever it wants. I think you could delay the war or not have it fire at all if you really tried (you would have to play as germany and not choose the focus)
There is a soft cap of 1948, you can carry on playing afterwards, but you cannot get achievements after jan 1 1949

I'd say in this case AI is more competent than French General Staff in 1940. With proper leadership France could have defend itself, the success of Fall Gelb was 70% luck.

Vic2 is a good game but it's Ui is sort of bad, stop defending the game to every depth like some paracuck.

Victoria 2 is shit after 1900 because it can't accuracy represent the economy or militaries of the time after a certain point. Although in all fairness both of those systems aren't great in Victoria 2 from the start.

Factory points!No longer will factories exist, but you will use factory points to convert resources (3 basic resources and 5 manufactured)

POPs will only exist at a national level and they will be abstracted

This is starting to shape up in something I'm mildly satisfied with.

There's still a few tweaks and I feel that iron and steel are holding industrialization back a little bit, so there's more to be done.

I witnessed Ireland get fuller even during the Irish Great Famine, which is kinda disappointing considering the modifiers NNM gives it and the unemployment they have.
The Irish refuse to leave even when everyone's starving.

I suspect this may be related to the presence of factories (as emigration gets a -0.3 if there's a factory in the state) so maybe I will have to add an exception to that rule for the Irish. That or I will have to increase the modifier to push even more irish out of Ireland.
