If I were to guess what happens is that upon death a permutation or added severed limb is spawned in based on bullets hitting a breakpoint, this glitch occurs when the game registers each individual pellet as a bullet instead of a singular force volume.

Punchthrough must be why so many more fragments are spawned than base pellets since each one will hit one, travel through, then hit another.

Either way, this shit is ultra fixable. But DE would rather fix "performance issues" with Mirage, rather than fixing something that could potentially crash the game immediately if too many bodies pop into existence and go over some coded limit to physx objects.

Ok fine here's a story:

Well a day after i started this game, i met someone friendly in game. We met while i was farming my rhino blue prints and i kept getting helm after 7 runs. When i finally got all my blueprints needed to build my rhino set, this guy who was doing jackal with me for nearly 2 hours suddenly asked if id like to join him in t3 survival. Not sure what that was i said "sure ok" so i was getting beaten to death while he was running about reviving me at every chance he could and 2 others in the party complaining that it was pointless to bring a MR1 volt, i kinda agreed with him and asked if i should leave. He then told me to stay dead and only revive when it hits 40mins to extract. After leaving the survival run 2 of the other members left angrily and he stayed behind teaching me to mod. I asked for recommendations on primary weapons to purchase as i was still using a MK1-paris, he told me to meet him on earth market under the tree in the middle, went there and he gave me a whole burston prime set, felt good after spending a day making it and dealing good damage.
