A lot of people like to shit on Witcher 3's combat, but I actually have to confess that I think it's really good.

That rhythmic tension before the fight as the monster approaches you, and geralt's animations are the exact thing I imagined from the books. I love it.

I've gotten everything in velen/novigrad, just started skellige now. Why does anyone use anything but northern realms deck? literally the best.

nilfgaard has tons of spies and high level cards, but can easily be countered with decoys, draw from discard and the cards that stack to double their effect. it's only good for bullying low level decks.

monsters/scoiteeal* is nothing but drawing bulk cards of the same level at once and tons of games I just use scorch or the melee card that has a scorch effect on enemy melee cards.

Sometimes I visit other websites to see what people think of Witcher 3 and they always talk about using Swallow instead of White Rafford's Decoction. Why's that?

What put doubt in her mind was that Geralt's relationship with Triss lasted ~6 months, by that time she expected Geralt had already regained his memory and continued the relationship regardless, because she regained her memory within a month. In a sense her assumption is true, because Geralt can fuck Triss in the W2 elven baths even after he remembers Yen/Ciri. To each their own though.

Dat Laigh fight wasn't very good at that, I just sorta bumbled through it on 3rd difficulty, thanks to some insane resitances courtesy of couple alchemy skills, bear armor and mutation which gives 45% damage resist for 3 adrenaline. Even the dreaded bat attack took like 1/3 of my HP bar.
