How do negative stat traits work?
For example, I noticed that some of my crew/captains have positive stat boosting traits like Eager (+40 Morale). But some of my crew/captains also have Misery Guts, which is -40 Morale. Is it because they were involved with failed missions? Or is Misery Guts a mission reward like Eager, and I just didn't notice it? Should I reroll voyage missions w/ bad stats like Misery Guts?

I tried Arraxor for a laugh. Not a serious attempt, didn't bring my best gear but I studied the guide beforehand so I'd know what to expect.

Returning player here, thinking of popping a bond and getting back in the mix. Is QBD still profitable, and has it gotten any easier? From what I remember, my setup was as follows:

>dragonbane bolts
>decent jewelry (stuff from high level quests)

>combat stats in the low 90s

I know I need Overloads, which is why I'll be training it with a good chunk of the profit I make from bossing. Also, how important is Invention? My Divination is 70 or so, I'm thinking of getting it up somehow. I want to get better at farming QBD and get into high level bossing eventually.
