I play her a lot and yes, it charges in below minute if you for example heal a bodytanking Streetpig or boost a good Pharah or Soldier that can get kills.
It's the main reason why I'm so fucking cheap with it and only use it when 3+ people die in calmer moments.

you can only see it coming from a certain direction but not the altitude. Landing a mech on the payload with half a second to spare means everyone who thought they were safe hiding behind the payload from the ! are now dead, easy 5k. It's really, really not hard to get at least one kill with D.Va ult, it really isn't. I don't know what you're doing wrong where your Mei is clipping your mech with her wall because it fundamentally should never be that low when it's going in, and you should never fundamentally be throwing it wherever your Mei is.

You throw it from flank, learn how to throw it over buildings and throw it behind the enemy so they're forced to run into places where your team is heavily focused or die to the ult. Try learning how to use it sometime, I guarantee you'll realize how not literal garbage but still not great an ult it is.

But by all means, keep throwing it flat on the ground and straight at the enemy where it'll get stopped on the payload and do nothing, go for it.

Alright, here are some buffs for Zenyatta that don't involve changing his health pool.

Movement stuff:

Rebound Kick - If Zenyatta lands a melee attack while in mid-air, he propels himself backwards in an arc. This also stuns the victim for half a second. Works on terrain.

Hover - Pressing jump again while in mid-air will toggle hovering, which will maintain Zenyatta's altitude for up to 3 seconds before starting a very slow descent. Suffering knockback will end hover early.

Zenyatta moves faster during Transcendence

Other buffs:

Orb of Harmony no longer disconnects from losing line of sight, but past a certain distance the healing per second starts to ramp down sharply.

Orb of Discord now maintains for 5 seconds after losing line of sight. Allies can see marked targets.

Abilities replaced with Orb 1 and Orb 2. This means you can have 2 Orbs of Harmony attached to separate allies, two Orbs of Discord on separate enemies, or one of each. Orbs have a 3 second cooldown before they can be reassigned.
