No. Also the whole Celica plot seems to have been abandoned from what we've seen in CF, with Ragna and her barely interacting at all. Rachel is the one that's currently closest to him, giving up her position as an Onlooker just to keep him safe, and several characters remarking over how attached she is to him.

Ragna is currently both having his existance overwritten by Naoto which could cause him to cease existing, and the Black Beast is beginning to overtake him more rapidly than before. Not only that, but the name of the Act III Arcade Mode in CF is called The Replacement Blue, meaning he might replace Noel's position as the God of this world and basically cease existing himself.

Rachel giving up her position as an Onlooker has made her grow weaker, to the point where she can't even use Teleportation Magic anymore. She did this because of Ragna being in danger, and her entire story so far in CF has been trying to prevent Ragna from disappearing. Her own life is dwindling as well as Valkenhayn has stated, trying to go against her wishes before she managed to convince him that this was the right thing to do.
