Eh. In practice, Blaze is more comparable to Knuckles than to Shadow. She's the devout and sole custodian of a great mystical power, but her intensity is constantly undercut by her lack of social grace. Shadow hasn't really been able to sell the conviction angle since Sonic Heroes butchered his backstory, and his personality is written such that he's introverted, superior, and often somewhat morose. Not much to undercut there.

I just had a thought. Sonic can (apparently) run at the speed of light. However as we may know at that speed reality around him would distort. As such could the special stages, with their nonsensical surroundings, be him running at light speed?

Tails - I’d imagine he’s into that gastronomy cooking, but when it goes wrong he’s good with a PB&J. Officially, he loves mint candy.

Rotor is a meat-and-potatoes type of guy, heavy on the fish. He he’s fuelled by coffee. Forget “Boomer,” his nickname ought to be “Java.”

Antoine is all about fine cuisine. I’m sure he makes a fantastic crepe, and woe be unto you if you mess it up.

Bunnie is definitely more of a comfort food type, but she makes good comfort food. I can see her enjoying a bowl of chili with some homemade biscuits.

(side note: Antoine and Bunnie have an unspoken rule in their marriage: they stay out of each other’s way in the kitchen. There’s too much passion and pride to their cooking)

Amy is all about the sweets. Not that she’s into junk food – a treat here and there is fine. But if it’s pancakes, they’re gonna be drenched in syrup. And ice cream – she loves ice cream.

Cream is a grazer. She loves lots of little healthy snacks all the time. That said, she shares Amy’s love for ice cream. And she certainly doesn’t mind helping her mother with all the baked goods she’s always preparing.

Sally usually sticks to a salad with nuts. It’s about the only thing she can prepare that’s edible.

And Big obviously enjoys fish.

You should start working on your underlying figures and composition. A cover is a pinup shot, you want it to be on-model, dynamic and stylish. You won't accomplish a strong cover as-is because

A) You didn't put enough thought into the composition from the outset. Your focal point, Bunnie, is too large give the group shot you're trying to establish. Characters are placed wherever you can fit them, making positioning awkward. You're trying to convey Bunnie is the focus because Sonic's a robot that she's fighting, but there's not even a HINT of the advertised Mecha-Sonic, not even a shadowy arm or foot. This is a huge missed opportunity for mystery and tension, and it makes the premise of the issue less immediate and clear.

And

B) The characters are drawn as if this was a hastily scrawled, transitional-action panel instead of an establishing shot. If everyone is this amorphous and lacking in detail on the big cover page, how much LESS detailed will they be in tiny, interior panels?

These are things that can be done better in a ten minute sketch. They're fundamental issues, not fine details.

See, comic artists do these things called "thumbnails". They quickly sketch the basic figures to get a sense for their composition and to get things generally on model before they actually draw it. Anon would do well to bother with a rough sketch or two before drawing so they don't make these kinds of mistakes.
