My suggestion is to rework Latios. Tie her heal to her active but make it stronger. Give her better passives. Move the global light totem to Ustiel and give her too a rework in the process. Would be a huge buff to light and make Latios less frustrating because her heal wouldn't be so spammable.

Reflex in itself is abnormally strong so when you toss reflex totems on strong units like Duke, Victoria, Lynia, and to a lesser extent Veronica you end up seeing cancer lines focusing around them, the issue has become a lot worse after the change to the reflex/counterattack formulas.

I wouldn't mind if they turned it into Inspiring2 clone instead. Dropping a crit stone for reflex in the process is a net gain of 2% reflex and 8% crit rate. I'm pretty sure most other 30/30s and 25/25/25s with reflex buffs have stats Victoria and her lineup want, and it's so much more stable to have those buffs and strengthening one stat than getting a single big buff and then making up for the weaknesses.

Lynia is just extra fucking bullshit though because attack power and action speed are worth double than other stats of the same value, according to stones.
