Before they changed it, HP debuff that isn't a static totem would do 2 things.

It would debuff the max hp (base value only).

It would also deal proportionate HP damage to the current HP.

IE, if an unit had 1000 health, a 10% hp debuff would deal 10% of their HP in damage, leaving them with 900 current HP on top of debuffing their maximum HP if they ever managed to heal.

But the debuff to their maximum HP only affect the base value while the damage to their current HP is always percentage based, making it fairly potent.

They removed the HP damage, so now they only lose minuscule amount of their max HP, while maintaining the same percentage of current HP.

I just tested a couple of things with her. Her heal specifically. It can proc from herself taking damage, or any of her linemates. It can proc multiple times from the same shot, once for each person taking damage, up to 30% in a co op defense consisting of 3 people.

I use different teams for each of the 4* matches but this is what I use for 2-7. I use a Kalkrish friend since I don't have any 4* strikers myself and my Noa isn't invested in at all.

She isn't super important, it is just nice being able to farm superbs if you don't already have a 4* that you fed 5 dupes to.

She is handy for some of the matches due to the bullshit "win at 25 minutes" bullshit because she can keep passing while stalling for time, and her speed/pass buff stacks 5 times.
