Use the repacker provided by PSO-W, old deicer doesnt work for some things.
With PSO-W Deicer & Repacker, you need to rename your ice to something like this:
x being your default file, rename it to XA.randomextension, drag it to ice.exe , you will get a proper folder, repack it and rename XA.ICE to x.

Only one of the tiles of the tagami weapons is EQ exclusive. Sure, it isn't easy to find some of the stuff at the level you need it, but the weapon itself can drop from random tagamis, and revolucio are area drops in any SHAQ.
