I just want Darkmoon to work. I get invaded so people are getting invaded but I never get a summon. Forcing people to be way of blue is so stupid.

Patience as an invader is the best thing ever. That and the thief ring. Just invading and doing drive by attacks to scare them and put them on their guard and then vanishing into the distance. They end up either too scared to advance or just advance very very slowly and are slowly eaten away by enemies and maybe I just toss a few throwing knives to get them to turn around as a reflex which causes an enemy to pound their ass.

Invading is super fun.

What the shit is wrong with Faith in this game?
I have an A/S scaling chime and 30 faith, yet my lightning spear does maybe 120 damage.
It doesn't feel overnerfed, it feels legitimately broken. Like something isn't working right when the game calculates damage.

Do Siegward's questline thus far (help him with the elevator and fire demon is all I did at that point, I believe) then take the elevator by that mini chapel setup before Deacons and you should find "Siegward" who tricks you into fighting a giant. After that you can find "Siegward" trapped in a well asking for the onion armor, Patches will be at Firelink shrine near the exit to the locked tower. Gives you some sweet stuff and his slav squat.

Why is it that dickwraiths in this game are the most lame they've ever been?

I'm not even complaining about running to enemies, that shit is easily remedied by using a giant tree seed. In fact that shit is fucking hilarious to watch if you use the knuckle and the seed in an area with powerful enemies or a huge mob.

No, I'm talking about a constant stream of darkwraiths that refuse to fight. Usually they have an ultra greatsword and will occasionally take a running stab at you before frantically rolling away.

It's not like it's hard to get rid of them by reaching the boss door, and it's not like they're actually going to accomplish anything by being such huge cowards, it's just fairly annoying.

VAC isn't enabled and I've been doing this since launch. You can set your attributes to 99 and soul level to whatever you want. Give yourself whatever items you want. Mod your weapons.

There is no softban system in place yet. Just a system that detects if you've modified your save but it's not working. In fact, it's triggering on legit players.

I literally just fought one while waiting to re-summon phantoms at a bonfire, I had no phantoms and there were no enemies to attack the wraith (who had been just following me around throwing hello stones)

I just sat there waiting for the poke and punished with backstep R1. They did so little damage that they were never really a threat but if I was moving they wouldn't get close enough to fight.

Like I said, not really anything difficult or effective, just incredibly annoying.

No as it's not actually broken. However I think it will get better and more powerful as the game goes through regulations. Patch 1.04 comes out Monday which makes Farron Flashsword and Soul Greatsword more powerful.

The fact that they were so weak wasn't a mistake. From realized they don't know how to balance magic so their solution was to make it incredibly weak on release and then slowly make it stronger until it reaches an equilibrium with the other stats and builds.

In a few months magic and miracles will be competitive with the other builds but until then good luck.

Its legit amazing. Great base damage, good scaling, free bleed, long range for such a fast moveset. The weapon art is great in pvp, starts up fast as fuck, costs almost no mana unless you use the follow up which does great damage and has pretty good range. Only weakness is the mostly useless R2s and a running attack that isn't as good as the straightsword sweep.
it also looks really cool with flame weapon on it


I'm not surprised the scythe isn't as good as it, but come on From. Attacks that cost more stamina, take longer, and have a sweetspot should do more damage than one of the fastest weapon types in the game.

I regret wasting all my twinkling titanite on this trash. I saw "S dex scaling" and got over excited. At least I didn't spend a slab on it.
