I went from Irithyll Dungeon to the Profane Capitol and finished the area and looped back, opening locked cells with the Jailer's Keychain. The only boss I've found in the dungeons/capitol was Yhorm the Giant, which I can't deal damage to even with the Stormruller Sword. I assume it's some kind of gimmick boss that I can't damage until I do something else. Where do I go now? I've beaten Pontiff if that matters.

I've got a problem, m8s, I finished Sirris' quest, killed her grandpa n shit, she pledged herself to me, and I looted the sunset shield from the grave. I thought the quest was over, so I went to Rosaria and altered my character's appearance. When I returned to firelink, Sirris told me to fuck off and disappeared, and now I can't get her armor. What do?

Anons I need your help. Yesterday afternoon I was having instant invasions and summons, but then they all stopped and now I can't get any. I don't see other people's signs, no one clicks mine, and I can't invade.

PS4 says the connection is fine

It's not my level range or weapon because I created a new character and got to Vordt and there weren't signs there either.

My internet and the message rating system in the game still work, so that's really weird. I still get HP from having my messages rated all the time.

It's exactly as if I had been softbanned, but I didn't do anything. I play on PS4 so I can't cheat, I didn't use any glitch, I didn't even restore to previous saves.

Can any of you help me? What should I try next?

l1 and r1 do different amount of poise damage, where some enemies require l1 spam and some r1 spam and some r1 and l1 mixed. i don't know why this is.
infuse it with fucking anything asap.
get the claws early if you can, they solve the range problem fucking wonderfully. if you do claws, that is.
if you press r2 twice the second attack is an uppercut. appropriate for finishing off bosses.

How do you even beat this fucker

He 2HKOs or 3HKOs, and all of his attacks can lead into anything. Like, he can follow up a rushing slash with either a quick stab, or a slower horizontal slice, and if I roll to avoid the stab I get nailed by the slice.

And he has so much health. I can't see myself keeping up a good performance for long enough, this is insane. There's no way to tell when to heal either.

I swear, Dragonknight Armor wants to make me kill myself. Since I figured I'd play a faith person primarily, I basically have no stats in anything but faith. Lo and behold, the faggot is literally immune to lightning so lightning blade does nothing. One hit from any of his attacks will one-shot me, and if it's not that, I'll end up getting tagged in phase 2 by his ever-changing timing on his two-hand attacks, or the fucking butterflies one-shotting me with lazers or giant energy bals that I don't have time to keep track of - because I'm too busy not getting one-shot by the armor itself.

And I can't go change my stats around at Fingers covenant because I'm doing Sirri's questline. Fuck.

We're getting another balance patch on monday, but straightswords won't be nerfed and actual pvp balance started until the post-release circus dies down.
First priority is pve balance. I'll wager 5 bucks that the broad and darkswords were left intentionally OP so that shitters could crutch their way through. Melee magic is getting buffed so casters aren't totally gimped, which makes it clear that from would rather not buff ranged casting just yet and are just throwing casters a bone.
