Everyone started off as hollows in the Age of Ancients but everyone who got a Lord Soul and their descendants don't have any dark inside of them. Is there a reason to use a Refined Gem over Heavy as a primarily STR build?

I've been having the same issue at level 40 with a +3. I know I'm not out of range for the area because I get constant red-eye invasions no problem, but not a single weatchdog summon. In about 90 invasions I've seen 2 watchdogs join me and while hanging out here afking and occasionally popping my orb, I've yet to see a single watchdog.
My first playthrough got 9 watchdog invasions in rapid succession and then stopped completely and never had another.

I think the covenant is actually bugged right now, and the summons simply aren't working properly.

To me the first flame is their origin story and they didn't exist before then. I don't know much about classes and builds despite having played it twice (but never finished). First time was more of a Dex build and I was using the Winged Spear, the second was more Strength with a Battle Axe, I think.

Poise reduces something by a %, probably, since it has the same multiplicative stacking that damage reduction has. IDK what is reduces. Here are my guesses:

1. Amount of hitstun you receive (probably not)
2. Number of start-up frames before your weapon enters superarmor (maybe?)
3. Amount of superarmor damage you take during an attack's superarmor frames (seems most likely to me, but I have done no testing)

Assigning likelihoods, I would say it's like 5% the first thing, 30% the second thing, 45% the third thing, 20% something else entirely that I haven't thought of.

I kinda found out why people have frame dips on systems that shouldn't have frame dips.

DaS3 doesn't like to be put on SSD's without pagefiling or anything that doesn't have pagefiling, regardless of having appropriate RAM. The .exe already comes large address aware but will still not use anymore than 2. The frame dips, at least for me, comes from shadow quality but I have no idea what it means. I hope this helps someone.
