So many things about this game make me never want to play it again, and I didn't even pay for it. Good god man, so much cheap bullshit, 10 billion stamina dogs that never stop coming at you, tiny rooms full of 6-8 of the same enemy, bosses that just smash you by running all over you with their hitbox...

I guess I'm just getting too old for this shit, because this game feels nothing like Demons/Dark Souls to me.

claymore is bad imo. I wanted to use it so bad but its windup for r1 are so meh. Like it usually not fast enough to hit before your opponent hits so you'll either have to dodge or shield and get a hit or 2 off cause the stamina drain. Plus it doesn't even do that much dmg. I used a raw enchance on it and it was 170ish base and thought that was good but the stamina drain and slow attack speed kinda make it seem weak af. Dark sword is really good and what I been using instead.

Invasions in DS2 weren't half bad. The only part of DS2's online that needed fixed was the shitty covenants and removal of soul memory.

This game kept the shitty covenants and replaced soul memory with retarded weapon upgrade scaling and ruined standard invasions to boot.

On top of that all of the carefully-crafted difficulty has been replaced with cheesy "hurrr give every enemy instant attacks and super armor" fake difficulty that makes PVE boring and easy.

When you actually get an invasion that isn't a gank it's good fun, but the host will always have an estis advantage, and a hp advantage. The hp advantage is a big issue because it makes regular fair duel style invasions moot.
