Get a good shield and always try to hit the balls between its legs and then put up your shield. The only move he can hit you with are the jump ones which you can see easily and the spin, if he spins and you have a shield up it should just stagger you and if he jumps you roll back a few times.

Most weapons get better scaling as you upgrade them. Unfortunately there's no way of telling besides looking up online or wasting titanite. Weapons that start off with similar scaling might end up with a favorable stat, too

The problem is, where your system is good, it's not being used by DS3, and where DS3 would actually use it (GPU) you have a pretty old one. That said, it should still run better than that.

People should also post their OS as well when they complain about performance. It's common for one person to say "I have X system and it runs like shit" only for others to say "I also have X system and it runs fine". So maybe it's an OS thing. Maybe it's other software like Fraps, I dunno.

farron bestsword is a utility weapon, you have to explicitly abuse its ability to parry and dead angle with the spin to make it a worthwhile choice

it has mediocre r1 in both modes and pretty sad damage output on top of bad scaling and inability to be buffed

Does the world open up later on?
I've reached Road of Sacrifices and so far it feels like this is literally the only possible route to take area wise. -Moving the analog stick to the right moves the camera much slower than moving the camera in any other direction. With default sensitivity it takes 2 seconds to to turn 360 degrees while looking left. It takes 3 seconds to turn 360 degrees when looking right. This makes controls very awkward.

Another weird design....

-Move the camera so you are looking at the ground. Now hold the analog stick the the left, the camera resets itself so that the view is now at the characters eye level instead of the ground.

Look at the ground again, now hold the analog stick to the right, the camera doesn't reset and you keep looking at the ground.

Is my shit glitched or do others experience this as well? Can any console players test this out too?
