I ran DaS3 for about 2 minutes using Windows Borderless Gaming. Since I wanted to run the game at a lower resolution yet upscale it to full screen windowed.

But then I remembered that people reported having been soft banned from DaS2 for running Windows Borderless Gaming.
It was only for about 2 minutes or so, but if that gets me soft banned I will hate them forever.

Alright, like I did in DS1 and DS2, I spent all my souls on levelling up right at the start of the game, now I need to get 20k to get that key to go up the tower in firelink shrine.

Such that fighting them takes too much time and has too little reward, so I just run past everything.

does summoning people for help make you feel like a scrub?

I really don't know how I feel about sorcery. Using Fireballs seems quite good but you need tons of mana. right now my estus is 2heal 3mana. That seems perfectly reasonable to me, alltough I might want to have the base mana cost of spells reduced a bit. Maybe it gets better with Attunement. HOWEVER. When I go for JOLLY COOPERATION my mana Estus goes down to fucking ONE use meaning: I can't be much help defeating the trash towards a boss or I will be out of mana when we arrive at the bossfight.
Now of COURSE I could use my axe (sadly not infused as I chose the HP ring for some god forsaken reason) but that means I'm in casting garb with a fucking handaxe and very limited estuts right in the middle of the enemies. that sounds like a terrible Idea.
Not only that: I'm also forced to play axe murderer instead of flamethrower. That's not really what I signed up for when I dumped my stats into Int/faith

Honestly it's quite pointless doing that as both games are still very different. Bloodborne's aggressive gameplay can't really be practiced in Dark Souls since you attack much slower and you don't regenerate health when you are slashing the fuck out of an enemy like you do in BB.

You get much more leeway with the dodging iframes in Bloodborne too. To compensate for having no shield I think From made it more forgiving when dodging attacks.

You can get the Greatsword in the poison swamp prior to Farron Keep. It's on one of the broken bridges somewhere. Vordt is the only boss you'll need to have beaten, though there's a lot of running involved.

Hey guys, I'm having a graphics-related issue with the game.

I'm on Windows 10 w/ a Radeon R9 290, and I'm getting like 20FPS if I run the game at native res. If I drop the res to 800x600, the game runs 30 constant with peaks to 45 or even 60.

Any reccomendations on what to do? If someone here has a R9 290 and is getting perfect framerate, please tell me what driver version of Radeon Software you're using so I can download it.
