How come this achievement thinks I both have and haven't done the sub-achievements? I've checked through and there's no pattern I can notice. Many of the ones showing up are on a different realm, some aren't; most of them are completed on Alliance but some are Horde. So it's not like it's not showing ones from different realms or factions.

However, from what I've seen on the alpha is that maelstrom generates quite quickly and the gameplay focuses on using it quickly and efficiently while also keeping your GCDs filled. Looks to be much less RNG than fury warrior while also capturing that frantic sort of feel. Also has a variety of cool, more utility-oriented abilities. You can also glyph your ghost wolfs to be raptors which is just about the coolest option in the game.

A year long drought isn't inherently bad, as endgame raiding SHOULD be a small slice of the pie that makes up your playtime. You should have plenty to do beyond raiding and you should not feel like you have to rush to complete that raid to enjoy your game.

That's the problem - lack of meaningful, non-raid content to do. Raid content is inherently going to be "consumed" quite quickly.

Tanking is DIFFERENT from DPS and Healing, not inherently easier.
The way I see it, tanking has a higher skill floor but a lower skill ceiling. A bad tank dies. A competent tank lives. A great tank lives too, but might also push some DPS.
Meanwhile, a bad dps might be able to survive and just perform really poorly. Not a good comparison.

Bad dps is completely irrelevant because you won't beat fights without good dps.

The reality is there are above average dps/bad dps normally, and the good carry the bad. It's VERY easy to be mediocre as a tank and do all of your job. The extra 5k dps doesn't make a difference in the way that a 50k dps rogue and a 100k dps rogue do.

I agree with your point inherently, but they keep lowering the skill floor for tanks, and haven't raised the ceiling in a long time.
