I've always enjoyed playing control Pally in HS, it's my favourite way to play the class but there's just not enough for it to really compete with most decks nowadays.

I really hope that some solid early/mid game taunts come out this expansion. My "Standard Prep Control Paladin" deck that I've been refining for the big day isn't looking so hot right now so I hope WoG can deliver so I can continue to put faith in the light.

lads, I've been playing for the past 2 weeks, I know it's not much time, but I'm giving up on this shit.

I do like the game, but I can't find it enjoyable anymore.
it takes too long to build a decent collection.
I'm shit at arena, I average 2 wins, 3 if I'm lucky, and it gives me GvG packs anyway, which I don't want.
and when I played constructed it was fun but I got to rank 15 and everyone has good decks at that point and a couple of legendaries and it's just fucking impossible to beat them with basic cards.

How do you efficiently deal with Dr. 7 as Rogue?

Since the playstyle in most Rogue decks is less minion-centered and more focused on spells to remove threats I feel like Dr. Boom punishes me way more when I play Rogue than when I play other classes. It's 3 targets instead of one, which makes it harder to clear with spells and the boombots will usually directly go to your face after.

The problem is dropping a 4/2 body with a spell for such a cheap cost

Because thats essentially what bgh is, a 3 mana removal spell that only works on big guys

Which is great. Its cheaper than fireball and lava burst (overload counted) and does more damage to big guys than either of them, the trade off being it can only target 7+ attack minions

Thats balanced in of itself

Dropping 6 stars worth of minion, with an aggressive body that can trade up easily as well as threaten damage, that cant be pinged down, is just ridiculous

BGH could be a 1/1 and it'd still be run. Hell I think the only way to balance it would be making it a 0/2 so it clogs up your board as a downside, but then hey its a 3 mana removal spell that drops a body for you to synergise with argus, sunfury, knife juggler, reliquary, sea giant etc.
