I have no desire to reroll a power siphon character when I get a power siphon enchant on my 800 armor helmet, if anything I just tanked its value if I wanted to resell it. Drops being random are fine. Enchants being random for the sake of being random is just unnecessary RNG wall, and you can't even pay for what you want at reasonable price, because few people run lab and once again it's COMPLETELY RANDOM AND IMPROBABLE to get that ONE enchant you need.

The Dapper Prodigy sells for anywhere between 16-18 c (more is a ripoff). You only need 6 to complete the set. Hell, there's a guy sell one card for 14c at the moment.
That's ~100c for an ilvl100 6link body armor, or 2ex on HC perandus. If you won't like the one you get, you craft it and sell it for profit and then buy a 6Link you want.

Siege Ballista comes with 50% less attack speed, so you need a ton of increased attack speed (200% to be exact) to counteract it to make it now slow as fuck. Bows are ideally good at 3.00 attack speed.

So if you play with Windripper at 1.67, you want 359% increased attack speed to hit 3.00. Because of such heavy restriction, obviously Siege Ballista totem is meant to play with the attack slow and hit hard style, but that's just clunky as fuck in group play or solo.

Even if like previously mention you just want to counteract the 50% less, assuming 8 Frenzy charges and Onslaught with a 20q Faster Attacks gem, you still need 94% attack speed (can be bow, totem, or generic attack speed) from tree and gear.

Just stop, the tooltip is not reliable, go to dried lake or tropical island, clear it, if you did it in less than 4-5 minutes, your build is okay, just need more gem levels.

If you still want to be a tooltip warrior, 10k dps can clear maps fast until tier 5, 15k dps will carry you until tier 8-10, 20k-30k can go until t12.

Get a +2 gem lvl staff, flora's gift are cheap, you can just alt spam until +2 gem and roll with a 5-link arc until tier 10.
